2011 Census - Help tomorrow take shape

2011 Census Logo

The 2011 Census was the first census in England and Wales to allow respondents to complete online. This update provides the key headline results nationally and some specific analysis for take-up rates using the internet in Tameside.

The internet take-up rates have been produced using provisional results (August 2011), before validation of census responses is completed. The results may be useful to those involved in planning and delivering online services.
